I’m seeking a talented and creative Talent Acquisition Partner for my client, an India-headquartered, founder-led agency delivering branding and digital experiences for fast-growing B2B companies globally.
This is a 100% remote opportunity for someone who sees recruitment as more than simply filling positions, and enjoys thinking creatively, understanding people and finding great candidates for challenging searches.
Talent Acquisition | Fully Remote
What will you do?
– Own end-to-end hiring across a range of roles, with a strong focus on identifying high-quality candidates.
– Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand what success looks like beyond the job description.
– Develop creative and unconventional sourcing and hiring strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
– Build meaningful relationships with candidates and represent the company’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.
– Bring fresh ideas to the recruitment process and continuously look for ways to improve how the company attracts and evaluates talent.
Whom are we looking for?
– 5 to 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience.
– Prior recruiting experience in a SaaS environment is mandatory.
– Experience recruiting within a creative agency or for roles that require strong creative thinking will be a distinct advantage.
– A demonstrated track record of thinking out of the box and developing innovative hiring strategies.
– Someone who reads people well, brings curiosity to every conversation, acts decisively, and remains persistent when the search becomes challenging.
